Class Policies  

  • All classes are held at the RAL Art Center unless otherwise specified.

  • Register for classes by completing the form and emailing it to customercare@ralartcenter.com;  by phone at 804-436-9309;  by completing the form and mailing it to RAL Art Center, 19 N. Main St  Kilmarnock, VA  22482;  or visit the Art Center.

  • Register early for classes.   Classes have enrollment limits and may have registration deadlines.

  • A materials list will be provided at registration.  Students may be required to provide some or all of their materials.  If there is a materials fee it will be paid to the instructor at the start of the class.

  • RAL Art Center members receive a discount on all classes.

  • Fees are due in full upon registration.  Checks are made payable to RAL Art Center.  Credit Cards are accepted (VISA, MC, or Discover).

  • Students will be given a full refund or full credit for a future class if the class is cancelled by the RAL Art Center.

  • Refund policy – A student may withdraw from a class 5 days or more before the first day of the class and receive a full refund.  No refund will be given if the student withdraws within 5 days of the start date or fails to attend one or more classes of a multi-session course.  If a workshop is cancelled by the RAL Art Center, all registrants for that workshop will be notified by phone or email and receive full reimbursement for that workshop.

  • COVID-19 protocols are observed at the RAL Art Center.

  • RAL Art Center frequently takes photographs of students and artwork for promotional purposes.  Please inform us if this is not acceptable to you.
