Class Policies

All classes are held at the RAL Art Center unless otherwise specified.

Register for classes by completing the form and emailing it to customercare@ralartcenter.com; by phone at 804-436-9309; by completing the form and mailing it to RAL Art Center, 19 N. Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482; or visit the Art Center.

Register early for classes. Classes have enrollment limits and may have registration deadlines.

A materials list will be provided at registration. Students may be required to provide some or all of their materials. If there is a materials fee it will be paid to the instructor at the start of the class.

RAL Art Center members receive a discount on all classes.

Fees are due in full upon registration. Checks are made payable to RAL Art Center. Credit Cards are accepted (VISA, MC, or Discover).

Students will be given a full refund or full credit for a future class if the class is cancelled by the RAL Art Center.

Refund policy – A student may withdraw from a class 5 days or more before the first day of the class and receive a full refund. No refund will be given if the student withdraws within 5 days of the start date or fails to attend one or more classes of a multi-session course. If a workshop is cancelled by the RAL Art Center, all registrants for that workshop will be notified by phone or email and receive full reimbursement for that workshop.

COVID-19 protocols are observed at the RAL Art Center.

RAL Art Center frequently takes photographs of students and artwork for promotional purposes. Please inform us if this is not acceptable to you.
