New Co-op Artist Joan Willoughby

Joan Willoughby has lived on the Northern Neck for 6 years and has been a member of RAL for most of them. “I love working with mediums that flow such as inks and watercolors, but I also enjoy working in acrylics. “Listen to your painting,” were the words of advice I received from art instructors.  I strive to do that.  I often blend abstract forms with realistic subjects to give them a new twist in beautiful colors.”
