Workshop Loving Van Gogh 3 Day Class - Oct. 18 & 25 and Nov. 1, 2021 1:30pm – 4:30pm

3-Day Class:  Mondays, Oct. 18 & 25 and Nov. 1, 2021   1:30pm – 4:30pm

In this three-day workshop, you will paint three 11” x 14” acrylic paintings, emulating the distinctive style of Van Gogh, replicating two of his masterpieces such as Starry Night and Irises. The first paintings will be completed in unison the teacher’s demonstration and step-by-step instruction. The third painting will be an original work employing the brushwork and vibrant palette of this beloved post-Impressionist artist, a landscape painting based on a reference photo of your choice. Some experience helpful but not entirely necessary.

Brings snacks and/or a bag lunch. Some experience helpful but not entirely necessary. Materials provided by instructor.

Juli Schuszler, a member of the RAL Art Center, is a local painter and pastel artist. In 2020, she retired after a 22-year career from teaching Art and English in public schools, colleges, and universities to focus her art. www.julischuszler.com
