About the Event
Without always being aware of it, the knowledge of COLOR affects most aspects of our lives. As an art student or professional artist, understanding how to use color effectively and beautifully is most important. We use our knowledge of color in the choice of the décor and furniture for our homes, in our choice of clothing, for our purchase of an automobile, in our choice of paint for our walls; literally just about every choice we make is affected by our color likes and/or dislikes. This is a class of COLOR EXPLORATION, with hands on projects that are fun and informative. Not only will students learn how to mix colors in a variety of art mediums, but students will also have a new understanding about COLOR and how to use it effectively within their art creations and/or daily lives! This is a five week long course that meets on Thursdays of each week.
