Summer Youth Art Camp July 25-29 Morning Session Surf, Sand, & Sea - Grades 1 - 9

Join us at the RAL Art Center this summer for six weeks of creative fun!  Youth Art Camps will be held in the Art Center’s Pike Studio beginning July 5 and continuing through August 12.

Cost:  Fees for one week of ½ day classes is $110 per week for RAL members; $126 per week for non-members.  Registration is for full weeks only; missed days are not refunded.  Please see cost exception for Art in the Round below.

Supplies:  All supplies are included in the registration fee.

Morning:  Surf, Sand and Sea  July 25 - 29 [Class hours: 9:00-12:00. All ages are welcome]

Calling all beach lovers!  Spend a week creating sea creatures we all love — as well as a few that might be a bit scary! Create a beautiful seascape, a still life with seashells, draw and design a beach towel, flip flops and so much more. Students will learn skills and techniques to blend, layer, texture and shade. These classes will be messy, fun and full of excitement.  RAL Executive Director Doug Mock will lead the group for 4 days, with a guest instructor on Friday.

Refund policy – A student may withdraw from a class 5 days or more before the first day of the class and receive a full refund.  No refund will be given if the student withdraws within 5 days of the start date or fails to attend one or more classes.  If a week of camp is cancelled by the RAL, all registrants for that week will be notified by phone or email and receive full reimbursement for that week.
