We are delighted to have Kathleen Noffsinger return as a co-op artist at the RAL Art Center. Kathleen is an award-winning professional artist and educator who works in watercolor and oil, her subjects often reflecting her love of wildlife and nature. She calls her style impressionistic realism, in which she strives to render a likeness creatively rather than photo realistically. Kathleen has been teaching her popular adult watercolor and drawing workshops since 1998. Welcome back Kathleen!
