Summer Youth Art Camp

Join us at the RAL Art Center this summer for six weeks of creative fun!  Youth Art Camps will be held in the Art Center’s Pike Studio beginning July 5 and continuing through August 12.

Session Times:  Rising 1st – 5th graders in the morning, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm Monday-Friday

Rising 6th – 9th graders in the afternoon, 1:00 – 4:00 pm Monday-Friday

Please note age and time exceptions for July 25-29.

Supplies:  All supplies are included in the registration fee.

July 5 -8:  Art in the Round [Four days, Tuesday-Friday; $88 for RAL members and $100 for non-members.]

Join Lancaster Middle School Art Instructor Marilyn Sprouse in discovering the many ways to use ‘round’ in your art: create a mandala meant to transform sorrow into joy or to bring peace; sketch and paint using only Q-tips; weave a round wall hanging using varied materials; fold, arrange and paste to create a dimensional work of art that MAY be round; use found round things to print on a rock.  Climb on the merry-go-ROUND!

Refund policy – A student may withdraw from a class 5 days or more before the first day of the class and receive a full refund.  No refund will be given if the student withdraws within 5 days of the start date or fails to attend one or more classes.  If a week of camp is cancelled by the RAL, all registrants for that week will be notified by phone or email and receive full reimbursement for that week.
