RAL Art Center Classes are held in the new Pike Studio…a great place to learn, grow and connect!

Adult and Children’s Classes are offered for beginning to advanced students on a variety of visual art topics. Art media classes include watercolor, abstract, drawing, acrylic, oil, pastel, collage, alcohol inks, and photography. Craft classes include jewelry, fused glass, printmaking, screen printing, polymer clay, baskets, fiber, and pottery. All classes are taught by highly skilled artists, including noted professional artists from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts as well as nationally recognized guest instructors.

Paint Nights, taught by talented RAL Art Center artists, offer an evening each month to explore your creativity while having a fun and entertaining time with friends.

Open Studio evenings provide an opportunity for students to work independently under the guidance of experienced RAL Art Center artists.
