Art and Flowers

Exhibit dates:  April 1 from 5 - 7pm & April 2 from 10am - 4pm

Reception: Friday, April 1: 5 – 7pm

Floral Designers, from our local Garden Clubs ,will create floral designs based on a piece of artwork on display in the RAL Art Center Gallery.  Designers can select their inspiration from any piece of art in the main gallery including paintings, photography, glass, jewelry fiber, or pottery, and interpret the art piece in their floral design.   The Floral Designs and the selected Artwork  will be showcased on April 1st from 5 to 7 PM at the First Friday Event.  Visitors to the Gallery can vote for their favorite design on Friday from 10AM to 6:30 PM. The Floral Designs will be on display through Saturday, April 2nd from 10am to 4PM.  The Annual Art and Flowers Event is a fun and rewarding evening for the designer, the artist, and the general public.
